Sandy + Allie are the mother-daughter duo behind boutique 8 3 1. Their individual and unique styles create the perfect collection.

Sandy, an experienced hair stylist and salon owner, brings a strong eye for trendy statement pieces. Career highlights include styling hair at New York Fashion Week and being the official salon of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders for two seasons.

Allie's love of beauty started young with modeling and pageants, including two wins as Miss Maryland. A degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami has helped propel that love into a business. She's drawn to simple and preppy pieces and loves trying new beauty products.
